Contact us to sign-up for one of the clubs listed above or gauge interest for starting a new activity club.

The process is quite simple to start a new club...

1. Make a flyer - Put this out a month in advance, either in the newsletter or on the website. State that you are having an organizational meeting on date at place at time. Anyone interested please plan on attending.

2. We suggest that you have at least 15 - 20 people, no more than 10% outsiders.

3. If you have enough people go ahead and elect officers and fill out the General Information and Budget Request forms. We also have to have a list of every member and their badge number.

4. Figure out what dues you are going to charge each member.

5. The formation of the new activity club then has to be approved by the CEC Board.

6. To continue the club year-over-year, the club leadership must submit the General Information, Budget Request, and list of members (with badge numbers) annually.

The General Information form will have the following items:

• The name of the club, a short description of the club, and its purpose.

• A list of officers.

• Person responsible for requesting formation of the club.

• Person responsible for the content on the activity-club webpage.
