ABS & BACK
A quick, effective, to the point exercise that targets
core muscles that supply power and support to the entire body.

YOGA PILATES
Relax, renew, increase flexibility and endurance with an
introduction of combinations using these proven mind
body techniques.

MUSCLE PUMP/CARDIO
30 Min blast that burns calories, increases muscle endurance
and flexibility. Get it all in 30 minutes!

20 MIN AB BLAST
Intense, concentrated workout for abs.

AQUA
Swimmers and non-swimmers enjoy the benefits of working out in shallow
or deeper water. Increase flexibility, muscle and cardio endurance and take stress off your
joints.  
*Aqua on Mondays from 5:30 - 6:00 pm will have a $6.00 charge for members, $8.00 for 
non-members and will meet only 4 weeks from February 20 -March 12, 2012. Must have 
10 people to have class. No single class rates.                                                                                                                                      

ZUMBA
New Popular exercise that has fun inspired Latin based moves.
Fun exercise for all! Easy to follow, no experience required.
Thursdays only. Cost: $15.00 per session 10 week session/$1.50 per class
for members, $2.00 per class for non-members.

BOOT CAMP 

Kickboxing and calisthenics for a 20 minute power workout.
 

All classes conclude with toning for abs/back and relaxing stretches.
