A quick, effective, to the point exercise that targets core muscles that supply power and support to the entire body.

YOGA PILATES

Relax, renew, increase flexibility and endurance with an introduction of combinations using these proven mind & body techniques.

MUSCLE PUMP
Compact, effective workout for every muscle group utilizing bands, balls, weights and body weight.

STEP CARDIO/KICKBOXING
20 minutes of Step, 20 minutes of Kickboxing. Do both or just one segment.
Join us for a super fun calorie burning exercise!

STEP CARDIO MIX
Non-stop cardio. Varied movements on and off step. Elevate your heart rate
while you are having FUN. Time flys while you burn calories and fat!

ABS & KICKBOXING
20 Minutes of Abs followed by 20 minutes of Kickboxing. Do the entire
class or just the segment you want! Burn calories, fat and have fun!

HIP HOP HUSTLE
If you can hustle, you can hip hop. Fun Exercise for all! Easy to follow, no experience required
for this fun and energetic dance based workout.

AQUA
Swimmers and non-swimmers enjoy the benefits of working out in shallow or deeper water.
Increase your flexibility, muscle and cardio endurance and take the stress off your joints.

All classes conclude with toning for abs/back and relaxing stretches.

Fly By Training
This 5K/1 Mile Walk event will benefit the Kansas Food Bank
Races will be held at the Cessna Pawnee Field on September 13, 2008.
Be prepared! Enroll today in the Cessna Fly-By Run/Walk class.
Classes will meet on Mondays July 14- September 8th at Noon & 5:00 pm at the Cessna Fitness Center West
Train for the event, increase endurance, lose weight, and have fun!
